Book a full day tour to the 7 lagoons of Ausangate if you like full adventure, landscapes, mountains and exotic-colored lagoons. The top highlights of this tour are the seven lakes located on the slopes of the Vilcanota Mountain. At Pacchanta community, there is an awesome natural hot springs where you can relax after the hike. To participate this tour to the 7 lagoons of Ausangate, you need to be in a good shape and acclimatized to the height.


Day 1 :

Pick-up at 4:30am, to head towards for a 4 hours ride to the "PACCHANTA" community. It is located on the slopes of the snowy "Ausangate", at 4200 meters above sea level. Here you will have breakfast. After breakfast, you will start with the hike to visit the "7 beautiful lagoons of Ausangate." First, you will walk about 4 km to visit the first lagoon (1:30 hrs. approx.) After that we will continue this fascinating adventure with visiting the other lagoons in the middle of the Andes mountain range. Total you will hike 8 km. (approximately (5 hours.)

Finally, you will return to the community of "PACCHANTA" where you can enjoy the hot springs and after that our lunch, to return to Cusco, after this wonderful experience.

What do I need to bring?

– Clothing for warm and cold climate like a waterproof jacket.
– Extra sweater
– Small backpack with rain shelter
– Rain pants and lightweight pants.
– Trekking shoes.
– Slippers or sandals (for showers and hot springs).
– Swimming clothes
– Woolen or synthetic socks and a sweater.
– Rain poncho and a hat.
– Sunscreen, insect repellent, disinfecting alcohol and gel, water bottle and sterilizing tablets, toiletries and toilet paper.
– Camera (wrapped in plastic bag.)
– Some snacks like chocolate bars and dry fruit.
– Original passport and vaccination passport.
