Rolf lives and works in Cusco. I communicated with Rolf through email and WhatsUp. Rolf was always prompt to return my messages. I was extremely pleased with Rolf's professionalism and personalized customer service skills. Just to give everyone a concrete example--Rolf actually dropped off my tickets and itinerary at the place where I was staying in Cusco. I cannot recommend him more highly.
